Automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Lazurite

This modern  automatic two-plate enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay "open type" provides a complete cycle of ELISA in microplate format. The device distributes and dilutes samples, introduces reagents, incubates and washes plates, photometers and calculates results, which allows the production of a wide range of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, both qualitative and quantitative.   The device system is open and allows programming techniques and the use of reagents from different manufacturers.

Lapis lazuli is easy to manage. Animation tips, large clear icons, the ability to move them with a computer mouse  facilitate the programming process of the device. The built-in simulator allows you to set up a new technique without wasting time, reagents and without fear of making mistakes.

Standard plastic vials are used for loading reagents, for samples - any test tubes with a diameter of 10 to 16 mm and a height of 40 to 100 mm.

In the incubators of the device, you can incubate the plates at different temperatures ranging from room temperature to 50 ° C

The system monitors the flow  reagents, control materials and other components required for analysis. After the reaction, the system validates the performed tests. In the same way the system carries out self-control and check of functioning of all knots and details. During the analysis Lazurite is not only able to detect the error and report it, but also automatically solve the problem,   if you teach him that once.

The patented system of control of transfer of liquids guarantees quality of result. The reliability of Lazurite is provided by originally designed analyzer modules, such as a system for moving tablets in an incubator or a manipulator. The manipulator is the only module of the device that is actively moving. It performs the function of dosing samples and reagents, washing tablets, moving the barcode scanner and opening and closing the measuring chamber and incubator. Reducing the number of moving parts increases the reliability of the system.

Thanks to the presence of an additional reference optical channel, the intensity of the light flux is reduced when necessary, thus extending the service life of light filters and halogen lamps.
